CitiusTech, a leading provider of healthcare technology services driving digital and AI excellence, announced today that it is partnering with Ventra Health (“Ventra”) on the launch of a transformative revenue intelligence platform powered by AI and automation. The new platform, vCision™, leverages advanced Agentic AI technology and adaptive models to identify and target opportunities for improvement in the revenue cycle. CitiusTech is working with Ventra to accelerate the development and deployment of the platform through scalable engineering, data, and AI capabilities. Ventra’s AI platform initiative also includes the launch of a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data, and platform delivery to integrate Agentic AI solutions across its business portfolio.
The platform has demonstrated the ability to improve first-pass payment rates by 19 percent, reduce initial denial rates by 26 percent, and accelerate the recovery of millions of dollars in delayed reimbursement through AI-powered revenue intelligence capabilities.

The platform also harnesses the ability to deliver real-time education and training to a broad operational workforce and extends enterprise data and analytic capabilities within Ventra’s vSight platform, launched in late 2023.
